3 Ways Marijuana Can Help Men’s Sexual Health. This has been an interesting topic for me to research. Most of this information is, by nature, anecdotal- though there are many ‘scientific studies.’
That being said, remember that many times these studies are funded by certain interests that are looking for a specific outcome, one that supports the use of their (prescription) product.
However, I am a man with plenty of first hand experience on this topic. Even though I am an advocate for this plant, there are times when I’ve smoked and really wasn’t in the mood.
To be honest with you, it most likely had to do with the woman I was with, rather than the plant and its effects. Being that I consider marijuana a gift to mankind, I’m open to the possibility that the plant was signalling me to walk away. Do you know what I mean?
On the other hand, energetic Sativas can be very fun and mood enhancing in the bedroom. Whereas Indicas affect my lovemaking in a different- dare I say, more spiritual (?) way.
In general, the right CBD spectrum can promote blood flow, for both males and females, and that’s a good thing. Do your research and have fun experimenting.
Remember, I am not a doctor and if you have a serious issue, you should see one.
- How To Use CBD Oil For Erectile Dysfunction
From what I’ve researched, using CBD oils in your him/her (or whatever your partnership is) massage can be great.
Just remember that exercise and diet have a whole lot to do with your performance in the bedroom. What about adding organic hemp seed to your smoothies in the morning?
Here’s a quote from Healthline.com…
“It’s hard to say just how many people are using CBD in the bedroom, but a recent survey of 5,398 Americans from Remedy Review, a website that focuses on CBD and natural health remedies, found that 9.3 percent of respondents have taken CBD for sex. The majority of those respondents said their orgasms were more intense after taking CBD.” From Healthline.com
Here’s another quote on the topic from Medicalnewtoday.com…
A 2014 Trusted Source found that the Cannabis sativa plant may improve ejaculatory and sexual performance. However, more research is necessary to understand how the plant works.
Practitioners believe that it could help promote blood flow to the penis. Better blood flow to the penis may relieve ED and facilitate longer-lasting sex. From Medicalnewstoday.com
- Do CBDs Make You Last Longer?
If you’re more calm after smoking or ingesting CBDs and your general level of (performance) anxiety is lowered, don’t you think this might help your performance?
In my experience, yes. This has actually helped me a lot, especially when I’m first getting to know a woman- and she’s getting to know me. This can be a great benefit in the bedroom. In general, the two of you are more relaxed. Remember, she may be just as nervous as you (if you are).
Here’s a quote on the topic from Forhims.com… This has a little more to do with desire, but desire is just on the other side of anxiety.
“Another recent study from 2017 indicates that marijuana use could be correlated with an increase in sexual desire. The study, which involved more than 50,000 men and women, found that marijuana use is “independently associated with increased sexual frequency.”
The study also noted that marijuana use did not appear to impair sexual function in the men and women surveyed. The researchers concluded that although the findings were reassuring, marijuana’s effects on sexual function “warrant further study.” From Forhims.com
- CBD Oil For Anxiety
The following is a very interesting quote from CNN.COM…
“People who use marijuana may have more sex because they put less pressure on themselves when they are high, so they don’t have the same performance anxiety as those who are sober,” suggested sex therapist Amanda Pasciucco, who practices in Connecticut, where medical use is legal. “A small amount of marijuana may also help increase your ability to communicate your preferences to your partner.” From CNN.COM
How Can Marijuana Or Cbds Be Used In The Bedroom?
I’ll leave this up to you, so get creative. After the two of you are comfortable with each other, that general anxiety should fall away- granting the male more control and enjoyment for all involved.
Here are a few ideas on how you could incorporate Marijuana and CBDs in the bedroom. Have at it!
- CBD edibles before sex help promote more fulfilling sex (chocolates?)
- CBD massage oil used in foreplay (generally, great for your skin)
- CBD lubricants can help to reduce dryness and enhance pleasure
- CBD oil used before sex to reduce anxiety and boost sensation
When you run some of your own research, you’ll find all sorts of studies. Some of them are scary- and because I have spent the vast majority of my 50 years involved with this plant, they make me suspicious.
In general, this plant has helped me far more than it’s hurt me. And when it wasn’t good for me, I was abusing it. That’s my fault, not the plant’s.
Do your own research, but if you can cut the anxiety out of the bedroom, you’re well on your way to a more pleasurable experience. Often these issues are in the head, rather than physical.
Again, I am not a doctor and this is not advice. When all of these studies say, ‘More research is needed.’ -That’s your cue to do your own tests and in-depth investigations. But the above are some ways marijuana can help men’s sexual health.
…and play safe, okay? No-one wants to win stupid prized. *A.
